Our Mission Statement

FIRST Robotics Competition Team 2996 Cougars Gone Wired strives to combine a constant pursuit of knowledge with a commitment to the community and the expansion of FIRST. We endeavor to be a role model for other teams by focusing on building students while building robots, having fun while working hard, and doing our best while helping others.

Cougars Gone Wired is the FIRST Robotics Competition Team 2996. We are based at Coronado High School in Colorado Springs, Colorado and we are a District 11 wide team. Students from Coronado High School, and the surrounding area participate actively on the team. The team is structured much like a business, with an all student-run leadership, and participates in community and FIRST events year round.
